We are seeking detail-oriented, technically driven Commercial HVAC Equipment Estimators to support our Outside Sales Engineers. This role plays a critical part in developing accurate, competitive material quotations for commercial HVAC projects.

 What You’ll Do

• Review construction drawings and specifications to prepare material quotations
• Select and price HVAC equipment using manufacturer pricing tools
• Identify and cross-reference alternate products when not basis of design
• Partner with Outside Sales Engineers to develop strategic, competitive bids
• Deliver quotations to contractors accurately and on time
• Communicate with factory representatives and customers to ensure precision and responsiveness
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail

Requirements

Strong technical aptitude and interest in HVAC systems
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with basic math and Windows-based software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
