What You’ll Do

• Drive quality at the source by developing and submitting complete PPAP packages for new programs, transfers, and engineering changes.
• Lead validation efforts - writing and executing Risk Assessments, Validation Plans, URS/FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and Validation Summary Reports that ensure compliance and customer confidence.
• Build robust processes through Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Process Flow Diagrams that anticipate risk and enhance performance.
• Champion process improvement by performing MSA, Gage R&R, capability studies, and DOE testing to unlock opportunities for better yield and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and customer teams to ensure flawless new product launches and ongoing process capability.
• Influence continuous improvement, bringing data-driven insight and creative problem-solving to every challenge.

What You Bring

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or 3-5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) and related manufacturing standards.
• Working familiarity with ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the drive to make processes stronger every day.
